Parents:
The Lee County health department will be giving flu shots at the high school on Thursday October 15, 2020. The nurse is sending forms home today, if you want your child to get the flu shot please fill out the form and return to the nurse by Tuesday October 12, 2020. If you have any questions or concerns about the vaccines or the ADH consent form please contact your local health unit or the school nurse.
