 2020-2021 ACT Aspire Interim Assessment Procedures

7th and 10th Grades- November 30 – December 4, 2020

Before the Day of Testing:

  • Check equipment and network to ensure technical requirements are met.

  • Check room and seating arrangements to adhere to guidelines for “Online Testing Guidelines”.

  • Room Supervisor will read the Room Supervisor Manual.  Particular attention should be given to the verbal instructions. 

  • Ensure that only approved calculators are in approved sessions.  Calculators must be cleared out before the day of testing.

  • A licensed supervisor must be in each testing room with 25 or less scholars. 

  • Academic information in the testing class rooms must be covered up!

Schedule:

  • On Monday November 30, 2020 during 2nd period 7th-10th grade will take the English portion of the ACT Aspire Interim 

  • On Tuesday December 1, 2020 during 2nd period 7th-10th grade will take the Mathematics portion of the ACT Aspire Interim 

  • On Wednesday December 2, 2020 during 2nd period 7th-10th grade will take the Reading portion of the ACT Aspire Interim

  • On Thursday December 3, 2020 during 2nd period 7th -10th grade will take the Science portion of the ACT Aspire Interim 

  • PLEASE NOTE:  TestNav8 must be the only application running on the computers throughout the campus during testing.  TEAM, please, please, please, DO not get on the internet at all doing our testing time.  This includes eSchool.

11th and 12th grade students:  

  • The 12th grade students will report to the Library November 30-Dec 1, 2020 during 2nd period testing.  These students are asked to do their work for their 2nd period class. Ms. Leon will oversee these students.

  • The 11th grade students will report to Room 119B on the Vocational Hallway (Computer Lab). These students are asked to do their work for their 2nd period class. Ms. A. Brown will oversee these students.

At the end of the testing period:

  1. At the conclusion of the test, scholars will log out with the ensuring that all scholars log out at that time.

  2. Room Supervisors will collect testing tickets, all calculators, pencils, scratch papers, and etc., and give those items to Ms. McKinney, Mrs. Wade, or Mrs. Broadway.
